Pick-Up & Shipping Policies

Pick Up: By appointment only. A signup link will be sent to winning bidders to select a collection time. Please bring appropriate help and equipment to load your items safely. Unclaimed items become the property of Hansen Auction Service, and alternate pickup times incur a $25 fee.
Shipping: Available for select items at the buyer's expense. Packing and handling is charged at $30/hr ($5 minimum per address). Please note that shipping charges can be substantial, and no vehicle or boat shipping is available.

Extended Bidding: This is a timed auction with a soft close. Each lot will close every few seconds, please check each lot for closing time. If a bid is placed on a lot in the last 1 minute(s) that lot will automatically be extend for an additional 1 minute(s)

1. Everything sells where is as is without a written or assumed warranty or guarantee!

2. All Sales are Final!

3. Bid accordingly as there are NO RETURNS!

4. ABSOLUTLY NO ONE WILL BE ALLOW TO COLLECT THEIR OWN ITEMS. WE WILL COLLECT ALL OF YOUR SMALL ITEMS FOR YOU AND ACCOMPANY YOU TO ANY LARGER ITEMS. IF YOU ARE FOUND TRYING TO COLLECT YOUR OWN ITEMS. WE WILL BAN YOU FROM PURCHASING WITH US IN THE FUTURE. THIS IS DUE TO PEOPLE WITH STICKY FINGERS. ONCE YOU LEAVE HANSEN AUCTION SERVICE PROPERTY THOUGH, ANY ITEMS NOT ACCOUNTED FOR HANSEN AUCTION SERVICE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR LOTS. Buyer MUST bring enough help to load larger items and items into your vehicle! Hansen Auction Service staff will collect all small items for buyer, any item over 30 lbs is Buyers responsibility to lift and load. Once Buyer leaves Hansen Auction Service location, Hansen Auction Service will not be responsible for any missing items. If Buyer requests Hansen Auction Service staff to help load those items, it is a $25/item/staff member fee paid to the staff.

5. Hansen Auction Service offers shipping however there are sometimes substantial charges associated with shipping. Handling and packing charges will be calculated at $30/hours with a minimum of $5 per shipping address plus box & material & actual cost of shipping. Large, Bulky, or fragile items are very expensive to ship. A separate shipping invoice will be sent out after the purchased items are paid for, if shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days of shipping invoice you will forfeit your items. If you do not pay for your shipping invoice because you feel shipping cost is to expensive you will forfiet your items with no refrund. Shipping is done with the software of ShippingSaint inhouse. We do not allow Buyer supplied shipping labels.

6. Call for details on any specific items before placing bids.

7. Note: Hansen Auction Service assumes no liability for the accuracy of the description of the items being offered. If you, the buyer, are relying solely on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence prior to bidding on the item and determine what you believe is the asset being offered. No refunds for Buyer's remorse if you think it is an item that it is not.

8. We will charge the card on file after the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the following exceptions:

1. Any invoices over $1000 will be charged for $1000 as a deposit and the rest must be paid by cash, or cashiers check.

2. GOLD/SILVER OR COINS, will be paid for by Cash, Cashiers Check, or Wire Transfer ONLY. No Credit Cards.

All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the sale or you will be banned from bidding on any further auctions.

9. Buyers shall realize that the auction site may be a dangerous location and will hold harmless the Seller and/or Hansen Auction Service when buyer arrives and removes their assets. Buyers may have to, at their own discretion, use equipment and tools that would be harmful to themselves (example: falling off ladders or using power tools) and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions.

10. Purchased items not picked up during POSTED pick up hours or contact made with Hansen Auction Service prior to end of pick up time, will be deemed abandoned and the buyer will forfeit their items and their account will be blocked from future bidding.

11. If you need to pick up your items on a different day than the scheduled pick up day, there will be a $25 Alt Pick up Fee assessed to your bill.

12. Hansen Auction Service reserves the right to reject any bid at their discretion. If Hansen Auction Service finds out you have been banned from other auction companies for any reason, Hansen Auction Service reserves the right to ban and cancel your bids at any time during the auction. Hansen Auction Service reserves the right to ban you from further participation in future auctions if you can not abide by these terms and conditions or if you are disrespectful to any of Hansen Auction Services' staff.

13. Hansen Auction Service reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the event of technical issues. Hansen Auction Service will not be held liable for technical issues whether caused by Hibid, Sandhils, Proxibid, Auctioneer Software, Hansenauctionbid.com, or the buyers own technical issues.

14. ANY SELLER CAUGHT BIDDING ON ONE OF THEIR OWN ITEMS WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED. ANYONE SUSPECTED OF PRICE FIXING OR COLLUSION WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED.

15. Sellers reserve the right to place reserves at any time, no sale an item, or remove an item prior to the closing of the auction.

16. By accepting the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to receiving notifications from Hansen Auction Service via text/email.
