Construction company has commissioned Pearce & Associates to liquidate their surplus in an online public auction.
NOTE: On Lots 12 through 15 Boats - these are considered project boats and no guarantee of registration status/hull number, etc. Boats were running at one time prior to being parked. Some may have hull numbers, some may not. Selling as/is where/is. Buyer assumes all risks with reference to ability to be registered, running condition, etc.
Sale Ends: Tuesday, September 1, 2026 starting at 7PM Central time with a soft ending.
Inspection: Tuesday, September 1, 2026 from 10am to 3pm Central Time
Pick up & Payment: Wednesday September 2 and Thursday September 3, 2026 in Rockford, AL (Address TBA) from 9am to 4pm Central time. CASHIER WILL BE ON SITE! Accepted methods of payment: Cash, Check (AL), Bank wire transfer, credit cards (VS, MC and DSC only - we do not accept AmEx). Credit cards accepted up to $2,500.00 only. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card payments.
