Estate Sale Sisters and Todd Morris Auction Co. consignment auctions are auctions that have items or lots that may or may not have a reserve. Any item with a reserve can have its reserve lifted or removed before the completion of the sale.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR TODD MORRIS AUCTION CO. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary. Any dispute between Todd Morris Auction Co. its Agents or Representatives and the Buyers) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Hempstead County, Arkansas.
