Inspection: ADDED DAY OF INSPECTION!! Thursday May 21, 2026 from 10am to 3pm and Friday, May 22, 2026 from 10am to 3pm Central time
Pick-Up & Payment: Tuesday, May 26,2026 - Friday, May 29,2026 from 9am to 4pm Central.
- Forklift must be picked up on Friday afternoon to allow us to use it to help move items.
- Pallet racking and shelving must be picked up AFTER May 29,2026 by appointment with Seller and new owner of the buildings.
- All items must be paid for by Friday, May 29, 2026 at 4pm Central.
Terms of Payment: **A Cashier will be on site.** - Bank wire transfer, cash, check (if in Alabama), and/or credit card. We accept credit cards (Discover, Visa and Mastercard only - no AmEx) up to $2,500.00/Invoice only. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card purchases.

Warehouse #1: 3816 1st Ave South Birmingham, AL 35222 (lots 10 - 350 except for some of the trailer lots - info is listed in each lot)
Warehouse #2 and Office : 3901 2nd Ave South Birmingham, AL 35222 (lots 450 - 600)
Checkout instructions: Go to the 2nd Ave South location, check out with our cashier who will then coordinate you picking up your items. Please be patient, parking is limited but we will work hard to get you through as soon as we can.
