Than Cutler, administrator for the estate of Shelba Lee Moore, has commissioned us to sell the assets of the estate. First, we will sell the 40.776 acres of Green River bottom land located approx. ¼ mile from the house. Next, we will sell the 7.91 acres with brick house and farm buildings. At the conclusion of the real estate sale, we will sell the personal property.
40.776 ACRES consists of:
TRACT 1 is 4.345 acres with large pond and 307’ frontage on Rube Brown Rd.
TRACT 2 is 4.021 acres with 287’ of frontage on Rube Brown Rd.
TRACT 3 is 3.223 acres with 261’ of frontage on Rube Brown Rd.
TRACT 4 is 5.939 acres with 955’ frontage on Rube Brown Rd.
TRACT 5 is 23.248 acres, large feed barn, hay barn, cattle working pen and 860’ of frontage on Rube Brown Rd.

AUCTION PREMIUM: A 10% Auction Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price.
TERMS: Real Estate - 20% down due day of sale, with balance in 30 days with deed. Online winner: 20% down due within 48 hours of close of bidding, with balance in 30 days with deed.
