Terms:    Vehicles and Personal Property:   Full payment due day of  Auction.   We accept cash, good check or credit card (plus 4% convenience fee).     VEHICLES AND PERSONAL PROPERTY  selling as-is, where-is.   Vehicles Title and Registration can be transferred in Morgan County Courthouse Day of Auction if Funds are Verified. (Current Bank approval Letter or Pre-Qualified by the Auction Co. prior to Auction Date recommended),  6% Ky Sales Tax will be added to all Personal property. No Buyers Premium
