Sales Tax: 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be charged to applicable buyers. If you are tax exempt, YOU MUST SUBMIT A TAX EXEMPT FORM to the Auctioneer by EMAIL to [email protected] when you are registering to bid. No exceptions!
Buyer’s Premium: A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. Registering and Bidding/Participation Requirements: Name, address, daytime phone number, VALID email address, and a Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.

Shipping Instructions: Mallory Auction Company can make shipping arrangements ( seller will be responsible for shipping cost and there will be an additional packaging fee! - The buyer is obligated to pay all shipping expenses. Special Terms of this Online Sale:
1. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder.
2. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults and without warranty.

5. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

9. The Auction Company reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
10. Any Items NOT picked up during the scheduled pick-up day without other arrangements with the Auction Company…will be considered abandoned and forfeited. We will not and do not store or hold any items not picked up.
Mallory Auction company or homeowners are not responsible for any accidents or damaged items.
