All items must be paid for and removed by 4:30 PM the day of the sale — please bring your own help to load. Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over printed advertising.

DIRECTIONS
From Hwy 24, turn onto Elbert Rd. Follow Elbert Rd to Sweet Rd and turn left (west). Follow Sweet Rd to the stop sign at Eastonville Rd and Sweet Rd. Turn right (north) and follow to the auction site. Watch for signage along the way.

ONSITE LIVE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply to this live onsite auction. Please read them before bidding. Registering to bid means you accept these terms.

BIDDING
This is a live onsite, in-person auction. There is no online bidding for this sale. Bidders must be 18 or older and must register with valid ID to receive a bidder number. You are responsible for any bids placed under your bidder number.

BUYER’S PREMIUM
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid on each purchase and becomes part of the total purchase price at settlement.

PAYMENT
Settlement in full is due on sale day. We accept cash, good check, Visa and Mastercard. No item will be released until payment has cleared. Titled vehicles will have title transferred at settlement.

REMOVAL
All items must be paid for and removed by 4:30 PM the day of the sale. You are required to bring your own help to load. Our staff are onsite to direct you to your items; you are responsible for loading them. Woolsey Auction Company is not responsible for loading items for safe travel, or for damage to items during loading or removal.

CONDITION — SOLD AS-IS
Everything is sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise. All sales are final. All information is believed accurate, but the auction company is not responsible for the correctness of any description or for any defect in any lot. No allowance will be made and no sale set aside on account of any error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. Preview is 8:00–10:00 AM on sale day — buyers are expected to inspect and form their own opinion of condition.

AUCTIONEER’S RIGHTS
Woolsey Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale, to sell items not listed, to group lots together or subdivide them, and to sell items in bulk. Bid retractions are not permitted. Any item the auction company agrees to sell may be subject to a reserve as permitted under Colorado auction law.

LIABILITY
Persons attending the preview, sale or removal of goods do so at their own risk and assume all risk of damage or loss to person and property, and release and indemnify Woolsey Auction Company and the seller from liability. Neither the auction company nor the seller is liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises where the sale is held. Any dispute will be litigated, arbitrated or mediated in Fremont County, Colorado.
