All buyers must bring their own help and equipment to box, move, and load out purchases on auction day.

This includes tools, dollies, manpower, trailers, and any other necessary equipment.

All items must be removed the day of the auction — NO EXCEPTIONS.  Buyers are fully responsible for loading their own merchandise.
