Arrive prior to 9AM to register and look over items before the auction starts.

Both addresses are right next to each other. Parking will be plenty at the location.

We will be starting with the contents, equipment, etc auction and will be moving onto both real estate properties at approximately noon.

Real estate will be auctioned either separately or together based on winning bidders.

Photo ID will be required for registration. Cash, Credit/Debit, and Check all accepted for payment.

Items must be paid for before you leave/remove items.

You are responsible for moving, loading, lifting, hauling your items.

If you are unable to remove all items immediately following the auction you will need to make accommodations to return to pick up your items.
