Auction Format
This is a Live Virtual Auction. A licensed auctioneer will conduct the sale live in real time, calling bids from the auction site while all bidding is conducted online through the designated bidding platform. By participating, bidders acknowledge the nature of this format and agree to all terms herein.
Buyer’s Premium
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases unless otherwise stated in the individual lot description.
Registration & Bidder Qualification
- All bidders must register and provide valid identification.
- A valid credit card is required to register for online bidding.
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke bidding privileges at its sole discretion at any time.
- The Auctioneer may require additional verification or a deposit prior to approving bidding access.

- Items are located at various locations. Specific locations are provided within each lot description.

- Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding.
Condition of Goods
- All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
- No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Descriptions, photos, and information are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
- It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to determine condition, authenticity, and suitability prior to bidding.
Payment Terms
- All invoices must be paid in full prior to removal of any items.
- Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close unless otherwise stated.

- Certified Funds
- Cash
- Company or Personal Check (with bank letter of guarantee)
- Approved Credit/Debit Card
Credit Card Terms:
- A 4% processing fee will apply
- Maximum credit card transaction: $2,500.00
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any unpaid balance after the 48-hour payment period.
- Currency Type: USD
Titles & Ownership
- Titles to vehicles, trailers, and equipment requiring registration will be issued only after full payment has been received and cleared.
- Titles will be issued in the registered bidder’s name only.
- Title delivery may take up to 15 business days.
- Buyer is responsible for all title transfer fees, registration costs, and applicable taxes.
Removal of Purchases
- All items must be removed within 7 days of auction close unless prior arrangements have been made.

- Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with removal, including rigging, loading, and transportation.
- Equipment may be available to assist with loading; however:
- All loading is performed at the buyer’s risk
- Keystone Auction Company assumes no responsibility for damage to items or property during loading
Risk of Loss
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer immediately upon the auctioneer declaring the item sold.
- Buyers are responsible for securing and insuring their purchases at that time.
Failure to Pay or Remove Purchases
- Buyers who fail to comply with payment or removal terms will forfeit all rights to the items.
- The Auctioneer may resell the items at the defaulting buyer’s risk and expense.
- The defaulting buyer will be responsible for any deficiency, administrative costs, storage fees, and legal expenses.
- Additional penalties may include:
- Interest charges up to 18% APR
- Suspension or permanent revocation of bidding privileges
Auctioneer’s Rights
- Keystone Auction Company LLC reserves the right to:
- Reject any bid
- Withdraw any item
- Cancel or reschedule the auction
- Group, regroup, or sell items in bulk or individually
- Resolve bidding disputes at its sole discretion
- Announcements made by the Auctioneer during the live auction take precedence over all prior advertising and representations.
Online Bidding & Technology Disclaimer
- Keystone Auction Company LLC is not responsible for:
- Internet outages
- Platform delays
- Missed bids due to technical issues
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to pause, extend, or cancel bidding in the event of technical difficulty.
Bidder Acknowledgment & Binding Bids
- All bids are binding and cannot be retracted.
- By placing a bid, the bidder enters into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if they are the winning bidder.
Consignor Rights
- Certain items may be subject to seller confirmation unless advertised as absolute.
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw or negotiate the sale of any item on behalf of the consignor.
Shipping
- Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Keystone Auction Company may provide referrals to third-party shipping providers as a courtesy only.
- All shipping arrangements, costs, and risks are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Keystone Auction Company assumes no liability for shipping or handling by third parties.
Liability
- All persons attending preview, pickup, or auction-related activities do so at their own risk.
- Keystone Auction Company LLC, its employees, and affiliates are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, bidding, or participating in this auction, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set forth herein.
