Auction Terms & ConditionsThese Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the bidder (“Bidder”) and Pearce & Associates Auction Company (“Auctioneer”). By registering and bidding, you agree to all terms outlined herein.1. Bidder ResponsibilitiesBidders are responsible for:Maintaining confidentiality of login credentialsAll activity is conducted under their accountAny misuse of the platform or violation of laws will result in the termination of bidding privileges.9. Credit Card AuthorizationBy registering, bidder agrees:Auctioneer may charge the card on file for unpaid invoicesCard may be charged if bidder fails to complete payment or pickupBidder will not dispute or chargeback valid chargesFailure to comply may result in:Legal actionPermanent bidding suspension10. FirearmsAll applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and an FBI background check will be performed before possession of a firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms.11. Shipping of FirearmsAll firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing, FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you), and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. An adult signature will be required for the receipt of any firearm that is shipped. You will need to contact your FFL dealer and have them send a copy of their FFL to [email protected] and include your name in order to complete the shipping of your winning firearms.12.
