*****Many of our on-site auction locations are being transferred to new owners the next day, so pick-up times are STRONGLY ENFORCED!
***** Before bidding, PLEASE be sure to have plenty of help at the designated pick-up time and location to remove your items as our staff is not always able to assist. You are responsible for furnishing ALL labor, carts/dollies, and packaging materials.
If you are unable to secure the labor or proper equipment for removal at the noted time and location, then PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!
******Please respect our guidelines and our staff's time. Any items remaining after the designated pick-up time or without previous arrangements made will be forfeited!
The following fees WILL be charged when necessary:
*The purchaser will be charged a $25.00 non-removal fee for any lot or partial lot left behind and all disposal costs.
*The buyer will be charged $50/hour if you require our staff to stay past the designated ending time.
*Repeated tardiness and/or failure to remove items will result in the revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms.
*BUYERS PREMIUM: A Buyer's premium of 15% will be charged on each purchase unless otherwise stated. A buyer's premium, an advertised percentage of the high bid or a flat fee added to the high bid, will be added to the high bid and become part of the purchase amount at settlement. The buyer agrees to these provisions and will pay the applicable buyer's premium.
*Shipping is available; please review the important shipping notes below!
Once your items are invoiced, you will receive a follow-up email from our partner company, Shipping Saint, allowing you to schedule a pickup time or have them shipped.
PACKING and SHIPPING: Our fast and efficient professional shipping department handles the shipping of most items in-house. All shipments require insurance. We do not ship items without insurance coverage for the final invoiced sales price of the item(s), including the Buyer's Premium. We do not accept 3rd party shipping labels. Our shipping department charges $45/hour for packing labor, plus the cost of shipping supplies (new boxes, bubble wrap, paper, and packing peanuts) and the retail shipping cost.
We are unable to provide shipping estimates. Once we pack items for shipment, they will not be released until payment is made in full for all packing and shipping charges and fees, as our insurance provider requires. We do not refund buyers because the shipping cost is too high. If items need to be moved back to our facility from an on-site location, there will be a $5.00 per lot handling fee.
ALL OF OUR ONLINE AUCTIONS FEATURE BOTH A MAX BID OPTION AS WELL AS A SOFT CLOSE.
"STAGGERED ENDING" Lots will begin closing at the designated time at a rate of 10 lots every 3 minutes. Please watch the countdown timer on each lot.
You may place a “MAX BID” on any item, and the computer will bid on your behalf, eliminating the need to “babysit” your bids. This option is highly recommended so you do not miss out on the item you are bidding on for any reason.
The “SOFT CLOSE” feature means any bid received in the auction's final minutes will auto-extended bidding on that particular item or lot by 3 minutes, thus allowing a backup bidder to raise their bid. If you do not use the MAX BID feature and are outbid, you will be notified via e-mail or text and will have the opportunity to raise your bid.
Sales Tax: Ohio Sales Tax of 7.25% shall be charged
•Payment:
Your credit card on file will be charged for all invoices under $1,500.00, except for titled vehicles, equipment, coins, currency, or bullion. All denied transactions due to expiration date, insufficient funds, or other reasons will be subject to a $20.00 reprocessing fee. You can update your credit card under "PROFILE" on the website dashboard.
Invoices over $1,500.00 may be settled in cash or check with a letter of bank guarantee, wire transfer, or according to previous arrangements made with the Auction Company. Credit cards ARE NOT accepted for these purchases.
Coins, Currency, or Bullion: If the buyer is unknown to the auction company, all invoices over $ 750.00 MUST be settled in cash or wire transfer. Credit cards ARE NOT accepted for these purchases.
No item will be released or transferred until payment has been posted to our account.
A paid invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. If you do not receive an invoice, please check the dashboard under "PROFILE"-"INVOICES."
You MUST present a paid invoice before you can remove your items.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for keeping your credit card on file and up to date.
