The pickup date/times are VERY SPECIFIC - do NOT bid if you, or someone on your behalf, cannot pay and pick up at this time (if you buy the CNC machine you will need to coordinate with a representative from Blackhawk Technical College in regard to its pick up).

AUCTION END DATE:

• Monday, November 23, 2026 (the auction starts to close at 7:07 PM).

AUCTION PICKUP TIME:

• All lots are located at Blackhawk Technical College - Innovative Manufacturing Education Center (IMEC) - 6004 S County Rd G, Janesville, WI 53546.
• The pickup date/time is Wednesday, November 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• A $75 disposal/handling fee (plus tax) will be charged automatically to the buyer’s card on file for any items not picked up by Wednesday at 2:00 PM, including unpaid or unclaimed items. Items not removed by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 23, 2026 (with the exception of the CNC) machine will be deemed abandoned. All ownership rights will be forfeited, and the items may be disposed of or resold at Auctioneer’s discretion. The buyer of the CNC machine will receive the contact information for a representative from Blackhawk Technical College after payment has been made and will coordinate the exact pickup date/time with that individual. The CNC machine pickup must occur by 3:00 PM on Friday, December 4, 2026. The machine weighs approximately 14,000 lbs and requires an insured rigger for removal. 
• Bring your own help, equipment, and packing materials. Beloit Technical College staff and Beloit Auction staff do not load or pack purchases.

We will be using an online scheduling program to schedule all pickups for this auction. Winning bidders will be emailed after the auction ends and will be able to select a specific date and time slot to arrange pick up. This will allow us to schedule the amount of people onsite at the building at specific times to ensure a safer and more efficient pickup. Bring your zero-dollar owed invoice when you pick up your purchases.
