Assortment of Snow Children figurines from Dear Doll's St. Nicholas Collection, designed by Elaine Roesle. Features multiple figures in sparkling winter white snowsuits and hoods, including children with ice skates and a baby carriage. Various pieces are marked and numbered on the bases, with production dates ranging from 1991 to 1995.
After years in the antiques trade, JB Sexson is retiring, and the inventory and personal pieces he's gathered are now heading to auction. It's a dealer's collection in the best sense: pattern glass and salt-glaze stoneware, vintage cameras and toy trains, 19th-century books and framed engravings, all chosen by someone who knew what was worth picking up.
His personal pieces show a lifelong love of horses. Signed bronzes of Arabian horses, a 2003 U.S. National Champion trophy, boxed Breyer models, and framed equine art run all through the sale. Rounding it out are quality consignments, including a 38-star medallion flag, U.S. proof sets, and Navy optics.
