This countertop cutting board is built from food-grade stainless steel and paired with a matching silicone mat. Measuring 15.7 by 11.8 inches, it provides a stable, non-slip work surface for a variety of kitchen tasks. The materials are chosen to resist high temperatures and heavy use, making it a durable option that remains flat and easy to clean. Compared with acrylic boards, stainless steel stays rigid and resists warping, and it helps minimize the transfer of microplastics into foods. It also offers resistance to moisture and mildew more effectively than some wooden boards, helping to keep preparation areas hygienic. The smooth steel surface accepts a range of tasks from slicing bread to dicing vegetables, cutting meat, or assembling dough and pastry projects and the silicone mat cushions the blade while preventing sliding. It can double as a decorative board for display or as a functional surface for finished dishes and plating setups. When not in use, it stores neatly on the counter and does not crowd limited counter space. Both sides are usable, inviting flexible layouts and easy rotation to extend life. Cleaning is straightforward, and both components are compatible with standard dishwashers for routine sanitizing. The silicone mat helps reduce slips during cutting and dries quickly between uses, supporting a simple cleanup routine.. Non-slip surface for safe cutting.
