The property is unrestricted and septic approved, ideal for small hobby farms. The Cumberland Mountains provide a beautiful back drop, and Norris Lake is within a few short minutes. This is the perfect opportunity, to build, to retire, or simply to invest. Powell Valley property is a rarity, and this farm is a true jewel.
