H&R .38 (consignor states; no chamber marking) top break five shot DA revolver (no serial number visible) has 3 1/4 inch barrel and fixed sights. Nickel plated. Hard rubber grips. Handgun appears to have cylinder indexing issues. Gun should be checked by qualified gunsmith before firing. Fair condition.
