Welcome to municipal governance, miniature style, with this charming ceramic City Hall hailing from Mervyn's Village Square collection, dated 1998. It boasts classic architectural details, from ornate friezes to snow-dusted chimneys, perfectly capturing the spirit of a bustling winter hamlet. The piece is illuminated from within by its original electric cord and bulb assembly, ready to cast a warm, civic glow upon your holiday display.
Retaining its original maker's stamp on the underside, this piece shows minor dust consistent with storage but remains structurally sound and fully functional. Whether expanding an established winter village or beginning a new seasonal tradition, this bureaucratic marvel adds a touch of mid-century suburban nostalgia to any tabletop setting.
