Emerging from an era of dramatic interior design, this striking blue glass decanter captures the quintessential flair of mid-century aesthetics. The piece boasts a rich, deep teal coloration textured with a heavily patterned, drip-like exterior that demands attention. A soaring, flame-shaped matching stopper crowns the long neck, completing a silhouette that feels more like modern sculpture than simple barware.
Condition notes reveal that the stopper's fitter has been wrapped with electrical tape to secure a snug fit within the decanter opening. Otherwise, the glass body remains intact with minor surface wear typical of displayed decorative objects, and the base shows standard shelf scuffing from years of graceful resting.
