Step into a quiet, frozen wonderland with this charming pairing of winter landscape oil paintings, ready to bring a brisk, artistic chill to your hearthside or study. The larger composition showcases a heavy impasto technique, capturing the tactile texture of deep snow on a rustic cabin and towering evergreens, signed and dated 1969 in the lower corner. Accompanied by a smaller companion piece featuring a solitary snow-dusted barn framed by bare trees, this duo offers a delightful study in mid-century amateur expression. Both pieces are securely housed in complementary wooden frames, showing minor scuffs and wear consistent with previous display and handling.
