Steeped in mid-century dining traditions, this comprehensive Mikasa Imperial Lapis Grande Ivory set brings an aura of sophisticated banquets and stately dinners to the table. Rich cobalt blue borders are offset by intricate golden filigree bands and gleaming ivory porcelain, creating a striking visual rhythm that demands attention.
Each piece bears the maker's mark on the underside, confirming its Japanese origin and distinguished pattern lineage. The service includes a generous array of plates, bowls, saucers, cups, and a creamer, accompanied by protective quilted storage cases for preservation. While mostly well-preserved, one cup features a noticeable chip on the rim as documented in the photographs.
