If a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes remaining for an auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional five (5) minutes. Bidding will continue until a five (5) minute period passes with no additional bids.
This auction will end with a staggered closing. This means that at the stated auction closing time, not all lots will close simultaneously. The first ten lots will close, then, after three minutes the next ten will close, and so on until all items in the auction have closed.
