Kincaid Furniture Company Mission Arts and Crafts Style Solid Oak Dining Table and 6 Chairs. Two chairs are arm chairs. Table is 76.5 x 42 x 30.25 in tall. A leaf or leafs can be inserted but are not included. Armchairs are 27 x 20 x 47.5 in tall. Seat height is 19 in tall. Armless chairs are 19.5 x 19 x 44.5 in tall. Seat height is 18 in. Table shows some fading from where a table runner was, ink mark found on one armless chair. This is a very sturdy set that will last a lifetime.

If a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes remaining for an auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional five (5) minutes. Bidding will continue until a five (5) minute period passes with no additional bids.
This auction will end with a staggered closing. This means that at the stated auction closing time, not all lots will close simultaneously. The first ten lots will close, then, after three minutes the next ten will close, and so on until all items in the auction have closed. This way, if you are bidding on items on multiple pages, they will not all close at the same time without your final bids being entered.

Walker Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. Bidder Information and SecurityAll registration information the bidder provides to Walker Auctions shall be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must notify Walker Auctions if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.11.Technical ProblemsBidder agrees to hold Walker Auctions harmless for any power outages, insufficient internet connections, or technical issues that may arise.12. Unexpected Early ClosingIf the online auction closes prematurely Walker Auctions has the opportunity to activate the auction and allow it to continue to be active until the contractual closing. The bids will continue as they were prior the unexpected closing.
