Sellers Rights: Holland Realty & Auctions, Inc. are working for the seller only. Seller reserves the right to sell or cancel at any time before auction date.
Server, software technical or internet issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction related technologies, Holland Realty & Auctions Inc. reserves the right to extend the bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Holland Realty & Auctions Inc. shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
Personal Property: An Auction Fee of 10 % will be added to final bid price to determine final sale price. Local sales tax will be added to final sale price. Cash or check with proper identification required the day of the sale. All items sold “as is” with no warranties expressed or implied. Please make arrangements to remove all items purchased on the same day of the sale.
