Terms and Conditions of Sale:
All Merchandise is sold AS IS-WHERE IS without warranty or guarantee. Any measurements, weights, or sizes listed are done as a convenience, but we are not liable for minor differences. Titles will be provided at pick up, or arranged to be sent certified mail.
There will be a 15% buyer's premium added to the hammer price, plus tax if applicable. If you are tax exempt, you must send your resale certification number to [email protected]. If not on file, you will be charged applicable taxes.

All inventory must be picked up or removed by shipper of your choice no later than 5:00 PM SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11th 2026. OR, BY APPOINTMENT. If you do not pick up your items by the designated date and time, your items will be forfeited, unless arrangements have been made. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All announcements sale day supersede any advertised information.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ITEMS LEAVE THE LOCATION. Buyer will be required to put a card on file with Landman Auctions LLC to register for the auction. If buyer has not contacted Landman Auctions, and requested to use alternate means of payment, Buyer’s card on file will be charged for auction purchases.
All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is available to preview on specified dates, or by appointment. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to exercise their own due diligence, and determine condition, or value. Landman Auctions’ descriptions are done for convenience, but makes no legal or official representations. Landman Auctions LLC shall not be held responsible for having implications of value or condition of merchandise. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and condition. Buyers are responsible for making sure their bids are recognized and turned in on time. Late or missed bids will not be acknowledged.
Shipping:
We offer In House Shipping For Our Winning Bidders. We Will Charge A Shipping & Handling Charge of $25.00 for Shipping 10 or Less Lots. Addition lots will be charged additional cost. The Winning Bidder will be responsible for Shipping Cost, & Organizing with Landman Auctions LLC.
