Higher Calling Auctions presents the HCA Early October Equipment Auction, featuring containers, equipment, attachments, shop tools, and utility items. This Online Auction will include a strong mix of construction equipment, storage solutions, shop equipment, and jobsite-related items for contractors, property owners, farms, businesses, and municipalities.

Additional items will be added after the next container delivery, currently expected on September 17. Please check back often as photos, lot details, serial numbers, and descriptions will continue to be updated as items are unloaded and prepared for auction.

Pickup for this auction will take place at the Wright City, Missouri location. Final pickup dates and times will be posted once the auction schedule is finalized.

Important Information:

• Buyer’s Premium: 16% added to the final bid price.

  • Invoice amounts reflect the standard purchase price.

  • A 4% discount is available for payments made by cash, check, ACH, or wire transfer. The discount will be applied to the invoice total at payment.

• Sales Tax: 9% Missouri sales tax applies to new items only.

• Payment & Pickup Deadline: All items must be paid for and picked up during the posted pickup schedule. Final dates and times will be announced once the auction calendar is finalized.

• Payment Methods:

  • Credit cards accepted up to a $2,500 maximum.

  • Any invoice over $2,500 requires payment by cash, cashier’s check, ACH, or wire transfer.

  • Buyers should contact Higher Calling Auctions for wire transfer or ACH information.

  • Buyer is responsible for wire transfer fees.

  • For wire transfer payments, contact [email protected] for an updated invoice and wire instructions.

  • All payments must be received before items are released.

• Loading Assistance:

  • No loading help is available for containers.

  • Transporter contact information is available upon request.

  • A skid steer will be onsite to assist with loading

  • All equipment load out stops at dusk. Please plan accordingly.

• Condition: All items are sold AS-IS with no warranties. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and perform a full maintenance check, including fluid levels, bolt tightness, and hose connections before use. Descriptions are provided by the seller.

• Manifest Notice: Items are listed from the manifest provided by the seller.

• Photos and Serial Numbers: Photos and serial numbers, when available, will be updated as items are unloaded and processed.
