The Auction Company may utilize employees, consignors, third-party sources, software, artificial intelligence (“AI”), automated tools, or other technologies to assist in researching, identifying, cataloging, photographing, or describing auction lots. Information generated or assisted by AI or other automated technologies may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or incorrect identifications. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that the bidder has either inspected and independently verified the lot to the bidder’s satisfaction or has voluntarily elected to bid without doing so and accepts all risks associated with that decision.
