Removal times (Load Out Days) are by appointment ONLY. You will receive an email and/or text from Shipping Saint immediately after the auction closes. You will be offered all available dates and times. Please choose the time/date most convenient for you. Please do not wait because time slots fill up quickly! Removal dates for this auction are Friday; September 18th (9am-6pm), and Saturday; September 19th (9am-12pm) but may be either extended or adjusted as necessary by LOCAL Auction due to the amount of successful bidders. Please notify us by text or by phone call to ask for other arrangements.
We ship via Shipping Saint. If you chose shipping instead of pickup, your order will not be processed until the Monday following the last pickup day. You will then receive a shipping invoice that you will need to pay in order for your items to ship. We do NOT offer shipping quotes prior to pickup, so please make arrangements to EITHER have your items picked up on a scheduled load out day OR shipped. Please do not wait until the last load out day to request an additional pickup time or day.
If you know that you will need additional accommodations, please reach out to Ashlee (770) 519-2375 or Lucian (770) 519-4466 on or before Wednesday to inform us of the circumstances. We can almost always assist you if given enough notice. If you are a no call no show for load out, fail to schedule a load out/pick up time, or fail to pay, your credit card on file will be charged your invoiced amount and your items will be transported back to our auction house location for a an additional $25 fee. UNLESS prior arrangements have been made with our staff, storage fees of $5 per lot per day will be assessed for your items. Items not removed from the auction house within 30 days will be forfeited. All assessed fees will be charged to the credit card on file and/or invoiced to your address. Thank you for your attention in this matter!
