PICKUP DAY will be FRIDAY ONLY, September 25, 2026 from 9:00am - 6:00pm at 1713 E. 7th Street, Hope, Arkansas. Winners must respond to the emails from SHIPPING SAINT to schedule their pickup time.

Please Note: The Real Estate (which consist of the house sitting on an approximate 1 acre lot) will also be offered at Online Only Auction on October the 29th. Call Todd at 870-845-9200 for more details.

There will be an additional $10 fee per lot for requests made to bring small items back to the Todd Morris Auction House in Nashville from offsite auctions.

Please bring boxes and packing materials. This is an online only auction and lots will close starting at 7 p.m. every 20 seconds, any additional bids will extend the time the item is open for 90 additional seconds.

Not responsible for items not present on the day of sale. No item is to be removed from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been made.
