Items can be paid for and picked up on Monday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm, at the Auction House located at 1007 S. Washington St., Owosso.

No item is to be removed from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been made. Crowe Real Estate & Auction is not responsible for damage to any items or lost items left past the scheduled pickup time. Auction Company and/or sellers not responsible for accidents on inspection/auction/load out day, or accidents involving machinery or items after sold.
Items left more than 7 days after the sale ends will be forfeited and resold. Buyers that are in default of picking up their items will be black flagged in our database, making them unable to bid on future sales.
All purchases must be paid for in U.S. funds at load out. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or check are accepted. All invoices of $3,000 or higher require wire transfer payments or ACH. Credit card and ID must be present at load out, even for pre-paid invoices. Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $35 fee imposed.
All sales are FINAL- no refunds.
All Crowe Real Estate & Auction Online Only Auctions are timed events that have an auto-extend feature. This auction uses Extend-All Bidding! If there are ANY bids on ANY item within 5 minutes of the auction closing, ALL items will extend for ANOTHER 5 minutes until ALL bidding has stopped. This means that all items will continue to stay open even if there hasn't been a bid within the last 5 minutes. This gives bidders that have been outbid an opportunity to bid on other items before they close. **If auction is extended past 30 minutes, then extension times will decrease to 3 minutes. If auction is extended past 1 hour, then extension times will decrease to 2 minutes. If auction is extended past 1 hour and 30 min, then the extension will decrease to 1 minute.
Bidding increments are as follows:
$0 - $50 = $2
$50 - $200 = $5
$200 - $1000 = $25
$1,000 - $10,000 = $100
$10,000 - $25,000 = $500
$25,000 - $500,000 = $1,000
$500,000 - $1,000,000 = $5,000
$1,000,000 and up = $10,000
All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults and without warranty expressed or implied. Crowe Real Estate & Auction is not responsible for any missing or incorrect listing information. We have attempted to provide accurate descriptions. However, it is the bidder's responsibility to conduct any inspections to determine the condition and feasibility of the bidder’s intended use. Descriptions that are provided by the auction company are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. It is automatically acknowledged by registering that you have either personally inspected the items being sold, hired an agent to inspect the items being sold or waive your right to inspect the items being sold. By placing a bid, this creates a contractual agreement to purchase the items being sold at the high bid price plus Buyers Premium and any additional fees.
Sale on all items is subject to seller approval. Auction company reserves the right to confirm the sale with the seller, and bid on behalf of the seller, if necessary. Items may have reserves that may or may not be noted.
Items must be removed at load out unless other arrangements have been made. If you do not come to the load out, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the high bid price, plus buyer premium and any other fees associated with the item.
The successful bidder not attempting to settle their invoice after the conclusion of the auction will be considered in default and will be black flagged in our database. Crowe Real Estate & Auction reserves the right to sell to the next highest qualified bidder in the event the successful high bidder does not comply with the terms of the sale. By bidding on the items in the auction, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth. By registering and placing a bid you agree that if you happen to become a default bidder, Crowe Real Estate & Auction has the right to charge your credit card for the entire balance of your invoice, plus any and all costs incurred by the seller and Crowe Real Estate & Auction in a subsequent resell of the item(s). If Crowe Real Estate & Auction is able to sell your item to the next highest qualified bidder at a price lower than the auction high bid price, the default bidder agrees to allow Crowe Real Estate & Auction to charge their credit card for the difference in their high bid price and the actual selling price to the backup bidder.
During this auction process there is a chance that you will be outbid. At that time you will receive an outbid notification by email. Bidders may also find out if they have been outbid by refreshing the individual lot information. Due to varying internet connections/speed, sometimes email notifications can be delayed. We are not responsible for the failure of any part of the bidding process or internet bidding.
If you are bidding against someone who has placed a max bid in the system, the max bid that is placed first will take precedence over a bid placed after. This means that the person who placed the bid first will have the high bid, in the event that the same bid is placed.
Crowe Real Estate & Auction has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the auction for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, and convenience of Crowe Real Estate & Auction or the Seller.
In the event that there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Crowe Real Estate & Auction, MarkNet Alliance and the Seller reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Crowe Real Estate & Auction, MarkNet Alliance or the Seller shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications may be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.
Your use of this site and bid placement constitutes your acceptance and agreement to adhere to these terms. Please print a copy for your records. All bidders are responsible for reading all terms and conditions carefully. Lack of knowledge of Auction Terms and Conditions will not release bidders from their obligations.
FIREARMS:
A $25 Transfer/Processing Fee applies to each firearm. Transfer will be completed through ET Firearms, LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old to bid on long guns and 21 years old to bid on hand guns. All applicable gun laws will be observed.
Full payment is required before any of the paperwork involved is started. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms).
Please bring a case or container for your firearm as it is required per Michigan law to carry out of the facility.
By purchasing through this auction you agree to follow the manufactures safety instructions and to only use the firearms in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose. You are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it. You are responsible for checking all local laws before bidding on or using an item sold here. You are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area.
Requirements for Purchase:
A PURCHASE PERMIT IS REQUIRED IF THE PURCHASER DOES NOT HAVE A VALID CPL. PURCHASE PERMITS ARE AVAILABLE AT ANY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
ALL FIREARMS REQUIRE REGISTRATION TO BE COMPLETED AT THE TIME OF TRANSFER
18 years of age or older to bid on auction
18 years of age or older to purchase long guns or ammo
21 years of age or older to purchase hand guns
Buyer will be required to pass a NICS background check (Even Valid CPL holders are required to have a background check.)
Muzzleloaders do not require background check.
For buyers that live outside of Michigan: (a.) Rifles may be picked up at our location OR sent to an FFL dealer in your state. (b.) Hand guns are required to be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state for pick up
SHIPPING OF FIREARMS:
There is a minimum $50 shipping charge for all firearms. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing, FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL.
Crowe Real Estate & Auction will provide an option to ship via Shipping Saint. Buyers requesting shipping service will need to call our office at the conclusion of the sale at 989-720-7355. Buyers that have requested shipping will have a separate invoice emailed and texted to them with a pay link. Auction invoices and shipping invoices must be paid before any item will be sent out.
While Crowe Real Estate & Auction packs all items to the best of their ability and as safe as possible, all shipped items will be insured for the invoice amount. If a greater insurance amount is wanted, the buyer must request the amount before the packaging process begins. Once items leave the auction facility, Crowe Real Estate & Auction is not responsible for broken or damaged goods upon arrival to customer.
