Terms & Conditions
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to each winning bid.
Payment: Payment is due at or before pickup. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, wire transfer, and credit card. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to credit card payments exceeding $1,500.
Pickup: All items must be picked up within the allotted appointments for this auction at 3264 Hwy 221, Doe Run, MO 63637. Items not picked up within this time frame will be considered abandoned and forfeited.
Shipping: Shipping is available on select items at the buyer's expense. Contact us for a shipping quote.
Inspection: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Sales Tax: Missouri sales tax will be collected unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided prior to payment.
Announcements: Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all printed material.
