For onsite bidders a 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. For online bidders at pennyrileauctions.com the buyers premium is 7% (for Equipment facts and Proxibid bidders the buyers premium is 9%) Full payment will be due Friday evening at 4:30pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit/debit cards (3%) fee. (Max credit card purchases $2500) 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. (For all vehicles the state of Kentucky determines the sales tax amount) Loader service will be available day of sale and on Mon through Friday following the sale from 8:30am to 4:30pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Friday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Company LLC and a $40 per item per day fee may be charged.
