- Proof of Funds – A recent bank or brokerage statement (dated within the last 30 days) showing available funds sufficient to close, or
- Proof of Financing Approval – A current pre-approval or commitment letter from a licensed lender, on lender letterhead, confirming approval for an amount sufficient to close on this property.

Registrations submitted without acceptable documentation will not be approved.

3. Sale Terms – AS-IS, WHERE-IS, With No Contingencies

This means that if a lot receives a bid within 5 minutes of its close, that lot will have its close time extended back to 5 minutes, this will give other bidders a chance to bid again. When no bids are received for 5 minutes, that lot will close.
