Resell or dispose of property
Suspend or revoke bidding privileges
Pursue damages
Recover storage, labor, towing, transportation, disposal, resale losses, collection expenses, attorney fees, and other costs resulting from Buyer’s default
These remedies are cumulative and the exercise of one remedy does not prevent Auctioneer from pursuing other available remedies.
