A personal sale for our own Zack Burgess, who got his start working the ring at Chaudion's Auction as a young auctioneer. Session One clears out the barn: a Ford 800 tractor, John Deere 325 (48" hydrostatic deck) and LT133 riding mowers, a Wheel Horse 310-8, multiple utility trailers including a 15' Supreme 5th wheel/bumper pull box trailer, horse-drawn farm equipment, a fully stocked home shop (table saw, 12" Jet band saw, drill press, machinist tools, generators), and antiques including sewing machines, a copper wash boiler, and an oak drop-leaf table.

Live Auction Terms
Registration is required prior to bidding, either online or in person. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all bidders.
A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final purchase price.
All items sell as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items at the preview prior to bidding.
Accepted payment: cash, check, or major credit card for on-site buyers; online/simulcast bidders will be invoiced per platform terms.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for removal of purchased items by the announced pickup date/time. Items not removed by the deadline may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture at the auctioneer's discretion.
Auctioneer's announcements made day-of-sale, whether in person or via the online platform, supersede all previously printed or published materials and take precedence over any prior advertising.
Burgess Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot, reject any bid, resolve bidding disputes, remove disruptive individuals, and set bid increments at its sole discretion.
