Engine is stuck. Tractor is equipped with drawbar, three point without top link, 540 PTO, fenders, lights, tachometer, starter, distributor, and generator. Rear tires are 11.2-28 tires with cracked tread. rear rims are rusted. Front tires are 6.00-16 Firestones and are lightly cracked. Tractor has an older repaint. Sheet metal is fairly straight as well as the fenders.  Battery box is rusted.
