Full payment will be due Friday evening at 4:30pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit cards (3%) fee. (Max credit card purchases $2500) 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. Loader service will be available Tuesday -Friday following the sale from 8:30am to 4:30pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Friday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Company LLC. A $40 fee per item per day may be charged. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of the property before bidding. All information and descriptions are believed to be correct; however, no warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Imported item descriptions are based off of the product labels and variations in size, color Ect. may be common. All property is sold “as is, where is” and all sales are final. This auction is with reserve & the seller reserves the right to bid. TRUCKING: The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of their purchases. LOADING: Our staff will assist buyers with loading their purchases, but will not perform the securing and tie-down of the loads or the items. We are not liable for any items loaded or their securement. If you hire an outside transport company, ensure the driver can handle securing the load independently. Loading and unloading of large equipment can be a dangerous process.
