The Universal Hardware Storeroom Lever requires a key to open the door from the exterior while the interior remains unlocked. Designed with a cylindrical chassis for commercial and residential uses. The through-bolts add torque resistance and security. This lever fits doors 1-3/8 in. to 2 in. thick. It has a 3-hour UL fire rating, meets ANSI Grade 2 standards and is ADA compliant..
