A 3% convenience fee will be added to the total invoice if a credit of debit card is used for payment. A credit card is required to register to bid at this auction. However, Thomas R. Hunt Auctioneers’ personnel do not have access to the credit card information. An invoice can only be created for lots you actually win. TAXES: 6% Kentucky Sales and Use tax will be added to the contract sales price of each lot purchased unless a valid State Of Kentucky Exemption Certificate is on file with the auctioneer. Please provide any tax exempt information during the registration process.
POSSESSION: Successful bidders must pick up the items purchased at the designated location within the time frame specified in the auction advertising. Failure to do so may result in the property be declared abandoned and title reverting to the owner, a service charge will also be applied.
