You are responsible for removing, loading, and hauling your items. Bid accordingly.
Payment can be made in advance online or you can pay on site with cash, check, card.
All Sales are final. All property is offered As-Is condition.
15% Buyers premium. 3.95% fee for credit cards.
Contents in the Auction: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price(s) to determine the total amount owed by the winning bidder of each item.
Real Estate in the Auction: A 10% buyer’s premium, or $10000 (whichever is greater) will be added to the final bid price to determine the total contract price.
The balance is due at closing within 30 to 45 days, unless prior written arrangements have been made by contacting Tom Abbott at (814) 724-9947
The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and without any contingencies including: environmental guarantees of useability for individual items or real estate, financing, inspections, sewer, water, or electrical, and no warranty is expressed or implied by Triple States Family Auctions on any items sold. Closing will be set 30 to 45 days from the auction date or as soon thereafter as closing documents are available.
Due to insurance regulations, Triple States is not able to assist any winning bidders with removal of contents items from the building where the items are located. Please bring whatever equipment and/or people you will need to remove the items won in the auction.
