  • Please note: The amounts shown on your invoice reflect the standard purchase price. 
  • A 4 % discount is available for payments made by cash, check, ACH, or wire transfer and will be applied to the invoice total at the   payment.

• Sales Tax: 9% Missouri Sales Tax applies to new items only. 

• Payment & Pickup Deadline: All items must be paid for at time and picked up by Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 3PM.

• Payment Methods:

• Credit cards accepted up to $2,500 maximum
  • ANY invoice over $2500 requires payment by cash, cashier’s check, ACH or wire transfer. 
    • Buyer should contact Higher Calling Auctions for wire transfer and ACH information.
    • Buyer is responsible for wire transfer fees. If using wire transfer, buyer should contact [email protected] for updated invoice and wire instructions.
    • ALL payments must be received before items are released.  

• Loading Assistance:

  • No loading help available for containers
    • Transporter contact information available upon request
  • Skid steer onsite to assist with loading smaller items
  • ALL equipment load out stops at dusk. Please plan accordingly. 

• Condition: All items are sold AS-IS with no warranties. Buyers are advised to perform a full maintenance check for fluid levels, bolt and hose tightness. Descriptions are provided by seller.
