Bidding Starts Ending: Friday, July 31, 2026 at 1pm Central (soft close) 

Open House Times: 

June 16 and June 17 from 10am to 1pm Central Time

Proof of Funds: Proof of funds will be required to become a registered bidder. Proof of funds can be in the form of a pre-approval letter, bank statement, bank letter, or something similar. Proof of funds can be submitted to [email protected] 

Earnest Money: An earnest money deposit in the amount of $150,000 will be required from the successful purchaser within 24 hours of the auction ending, with the balance due within 45 days. Earnest money deposit can be made by cashier's check or bank wire transfer. Title Company handling closing will be posted prior to Auction's end. 

 

Buyer's Premium: 10% Auction Premium

Example: $100,000 (Bid Price) + $10,000 (Auction Premium) = $110,000 (Total Contract of Sale Price)
