Please read all Auction Terms & Conditions carefully before registering and bidding. Our terms contain important information regarding bidding procedures, one extends all, payment requirements, item removal, buyer responsibilities, auction timelines, and all rules governing the sale. By registering to bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all posted terms and conditions. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all information thoroughly prior to participating in the auction.

Please ensure your phone number and email address are up to date and correct in your profile settings. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to each final bid to determine the final sales price. All items must be paid for in full at the end of the auction or on pick up day. We will contact all winning bidders by email on June 30, 2026 to confirm payment. Payment can be made online or in person at pick up. If we are unable to contact you to confirm your form of payment after pick up day, we will automatically process your credit card on file for payment. You will receive an email with a copy of your "Paid" invoice. Forms of accepted payment are cash, check, or major credit card. A 6% sales tax will be added to the items accordingly, or please provide us with a resale tax exempt number and form if you are buying for resale. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS.

All property is sold in “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc, will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc.

Extended Bidding Policy

This auction uses a "One Extends All" bidding format. If a bid is placed on any lot within its closing window, the closing time for all lots will automatically extend. This continues until all bidding has stopped and every lot has closed without a last-minute bid.

Extension intervals are as follows:

Minutes 1–30 of extended bidding — all extensions are 5 minutes
Minutes 31–60 of extended bidding — all extensions are 3 minutes
Minutes 61–90 of extended bidding — all extensions are 2 minutes
After 90 minutes of extended bidding — all extensions reduce to 1 minute and remain at 1 minute until all lots are sold

This structure ensures every bidder has a fair opportunity to respond to last-minute activity on any lot, while keeping the auction moving toward a close.



Pickup/Payment Info: Two pickup days: July 1 and July 2 from  9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check or personal/business check, credit/debit card. Credit and debit card payments are accepted up to a maximum of $2,500 per invoice. Any balance exceeding $2,500 must be paid by an approved alternative payment method, including cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or other form acceptable to the auction company. The auction company reserves the right to require payment by certified funds at its sole discretion.

There is a $65 transfer fee on all Titles. Pickup for all Titled Vehicles will be July 3 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. 

Pick up for shipping containers: To be picked between July 6th-10th. Please make arrangements with the auctioneer prior to pick up.

 All purchases that have not been paid for or payment/pickup arrangements are not made by July 2, 2026 your account will be automatically charged to the credit card used at registration. All purchased items must be removed by the deadline of July 2, 2026 unless arrangements have been made. Any items not removed by the deadline will, at the Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.

All buyers are required to schedule a designated pickup time slot in advance to help ensure an efficient loading process and minimize wait times. Buyers who arrive without an appointment may experience delays or be asked to return at another time. To schedule an appointment: In the upper right-hand corner of the invoice, next to the print & pay buttons, there will be a button that says, “Schedule your pickup appointment”. Once you click that button and you will be able to select from available appointments. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own appropriate vehicles, trailers, tie-downs, straps, and any necessary equipment to safely transport their purchases. While staff will be available to assist with loading, buyers must be physically able and prepared to help move, lift, and secure their items. Buyers should also bring additional help if needed. All items become the buyer’s responsibility once they are removed from the premises.

Location Notice: In the past, we have had GPS sending bidders to the wrong location when entering our address in - 8963 Bellwood Road, Bardstown, Ky 40004. Please note that we are located near Boston, Kentucky. This is NOT the location near Bloomfield, KY—please verify directions before travel.

* Equipment with Gas Engines (Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, etc.): Buyer must change all engine and hydraulic oil prior to use. Buyer is also responsible for inspecting unit and ensuring all bolts are tightened and secure.

* Golf Carts: Assembly shown is for advertising purposes only. Buyer must verify proper assembly and safe operating condition.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event, there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Lawson Co. Auctioneers LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC.

Any dispute between Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC, its Agents or Representatives and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Nelson County, Kentucky. By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.

Agency: Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC Agents and Representatives are agents of the Seller. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc.

Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC., reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.

Auction company employees and/or auction company may bid on and purchase auction items.

BIDDER DEFAULT: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following (1) prosecution (2) loss of bidding privileges for Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC. and all other Marknet auctions.

By accepting the terms, I agree to receive emails and text messages (Msg & Data rates may apply) about current and upcoming auctions. 

If a bidder at any time feels his/her username, password or bidder number has been compromised due to lack of security by the bidder, notify Auctioneer immediately.
