John Deere Model LA with Mounted Sickle Mower

Engine is stuck. Tractor is equipped with a drawbar, fenders, Wico magneto, and starter. Rear tires are 9-24 Firestones. Both tires are weather checked and cracked. The left rear tire has a large cut in the sidewall. Both rear rims have rust around the valve stems. Front tires are 5.00-15. Front tires are in poor condition. Front axle spindles have both been welded. Sheet metal is fairly straight except for some minor bends in the grill bars. Tractor steering wheel coating is cracked. The back of the seat pan is bent. Tractor serial number is 5459.
