Front tires are 4.00-15 tires are the weather checked and cracked. Steering arm is bent. The sheet metal is straight but is missing the back right side panel. The fenders are dented at the top. The right tie rod is bent. Steering wheel coating is cracked. There is rust around the rear valve stems. Tractor serial number PGA23249.
