Engine is stuck. Tractor is equipped with a drawbar, 540 PTO, mounted sickle mower, a set of rear wheel weights, lights, fenders, starter, and IHC magneto. Rear tires are 8.3-24 Firestones. The left rear tire is in good condition. The right rear tire is cracked on the sidewalls. Front tires are 4.00-12 with cracked sidewalls. Tractor has an older repaint. Grille is dented. The left side of the fuel tank has a dent. The hood is fairly straight but has two holes drilled into the right side. The left light lens is cracked. The left fender is dented at the backside. The grass board is not mounted on the sickle mower bar. Steering wheel coating is cracked. The battery box side and lid is missing. Tractor serial tag is missing.
