By registering you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this auction. The moment an item is sold, the buyer becomes the owner of it and is immediately completely responsible for it. An 8% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. Full payment will be due Friday evening at 4:30pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit cards (3%) fee. (Max credit card purchases $2500) 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. Loader service will be available Tuesday -Friday following the sale from 8:30am to 4:30pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Friday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Company LLC. A $40 fee per item per day may be charged. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of the property before bidding.
