If Buyer requests Hansen Auction Service staff to help load those items, it is a $25/item/staff member fee paid to the staff.5. Hansen Auction Service LLC offers shipping however there are sometimes substantial charges associated with shipping. Buyers may have to, at their own discretion, use equipment and tools that would be harmful to themselves (example: falling off ladders or using power tools) and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions.10. Purchased items not picked up during posted pick up hours or contact made with Hansen Auction Service LLC prior to end of pick up time, will be deemed abandoned and the buyer will forfeit their items and their account will be blocked from future bidding.11. **NOTE $25 FEE FOR ALTERNATE PICK UP** Buyers who can not make it to the scheduled pickup times must contact Hansen Auction Service LLC prior to the end of scheduled pickup time, to request shipping. Anyone scheduling an alternative pick up time prior to the end of the bidding will be charged at $25 fee.12. Hansen Auction Service LLC reserves the right to reject any bid at their discretion. If Hansen Auction Service LLC finds out you have been banned from other auction companies for any reason, Hansen Auction Service LLC reserves the right to ban and cancel your bids at any time during the auction with out notice.13. Hansen Auction Service LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the event of technical issues.
