In the event of tie bids via online platforms, the auctioneer determines the winning bidder. (Meaning-If you place a max bid on an item, bidding commences, and for example we have the same high bid on the other platform, the auctioneer will determine the winning bid.Any statements made the day of sale will take precedent over any written or advertised material. THIS AUCTION HAS FIREARMS IN IT AND THE FOLLOWING APPLY: All purchasers of firearms must have permit to purchase, permit to acquire, or pass a FBI NICS background check.. If you purchase a firearm from out of the state of Iowa, the firearm has to be shipped to a FFL dealer in your state. If you request shipping, the firearm has to be shipped to a FFL Dealer. There will be a $25 dollar fee on all firearms regardless of buyer status. Firearms transfers will take place at our facility as we are a Federal Firearms Licensee. No firearms or ammo will be shipped to CALIFORNIA, ILLINOIS, AND NEW YORK.PREVIEW: Check preview date and time on auction info main page.1. Everything sells where is as is without a written or assumed warranty or guarantee!2. All Sales are Final!3. Bid accordingly as there are NO RETURNS!4. ABSOLUTLY NO ONE WILL BE ALLOW TO COLLECT THEIR OWN ITEMS. WE WILL COLLECT ALL OF YOUR SMALL ITEMS FOR YOU AND ACCOMPANY YOU TO ANY LARGER ITEMS. IF YOU ARE FOUND TRYING TO COLLECT YOUR OWN ITEMS. WE WILL BAN YOU FROM PURCHASING WITH US IN THE FUTURE. THIS IS DO TO PEOPLE WITH STICKY FINGERS. ONCE YOU LEAVE HANSEN AUCTION SERVICE PROPERTY THOUGH, ANY ITEMS NOT ACCOUNTED FOR HANSEN AUCTION SERVICE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR LOTS. Buyer MUST bring enough help to load larger items and items into your vehicle! Hansen Auction Service LLC staff will collect all small items for buyer, any item over 30 lbs is Buyers responsibility to lift and load. Once Buyer leaves Hansen Auction Service location, Hansen Auction Service LLC will not be responsible for any missing items. If Buyer requests Hansen Auction Service staff to help load those items, it is a $25/item/staff member fee paid to the staff.5. Hansen Auction Service LLC offers shipping however there are sometimes substantial charges associated with shipping. Handling and packing charges will be calculated at $30/hours with a minimum of $5 per shipping address plus box & material & actual cost of shipping. Large, Bulky, or fragile items are very expensive to ship. A separate shipping invoice will be sent out after the purchased items are paid for, if shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days of shipping invoice you will forfeit your items. Shipping is done with the software of ShippingSaint inhouse. We do not allow Buyer supplied shipping labels.6. Call for details on any specific items before placing bids.7. Hansen Auction Service LLC assumes no liability for the accuracy of the description of the items being offered. If you, the buyer, are relying solely on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence prior to bidding on the item and determine what you believe is the asset being offered. No refunds for Buyer's remorse if you think it is an item that it is not.8. We will charge the card on file IMMEDIATELY after the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the following exceptions: Any invoices over $1000 will be charged for $1000 as a deposit and the rest must be paid by cash, or cashiers check. All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the sale or you will be banned from bidding on any further auctions and you will forfiet your items.9. Buyers shall realize that the auction site may be a dangerous location and will hold harmless the Seller and/or Hansen Auction Service LLC when buyer arrives and removes their assets. Buyers may have to, at their own discretion, use equipment and tools that would be harmful to themselves (example: falling off ladders or using power tools) and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions.10. Purchased items not picked up during posted pick up hours or contact made with Hansen Auction Service LLC prior to end of pick up time, will be deemed abandoned and the buyer will forfeit their items and their account will be blocked from future bidding.11. **NOTE $25 FEE FOR ALTERNATE PICK UP** Buyers who can not make it to the scheduled pickup times must contact Hansen Auction Service LLC prior to the end of scheduled pickup time, to request shipping. Anyone scheduling an alternative pick up time prior to the end of the bidding will be charged at $25 fee.12. Hansen Auction Service LLC reserves the right to reject any bid at their discretion. If Hansen Auction Service LLC finds out you have been banned from other auction companies for any reason, Hansen Auction Service LLC reserves the right to ban and cancel your bids at any time during the auction with out notice.13. Hansen Auction Service LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the event of technical issues. Hansen Auction Service LLC will not be held liable for technical issues whether caused by Hibid, Sandhills, Proxibid, ATG, Hansenauctionbid.com, Marknet Alliance, or the buyers own technical issues.14. ANY SELLER CAUGHT BIDDING ON ONE OF THEIR OWN ITEMS WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED. ANYONE SUSPECTED OF PRICE FIXING OR COLLUSION WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED.15. Sellers reserve the right to no sale, or remove an item prior to the closing of the auction. Winning bidders will be attempted to be notified in the event of this happening. Hansen Auction Service LLC reserves the right to bid on an item on behalf of the seller up to the reserve price and no further. Note: Hansen Auction Service LLC employees may bid on items they intend on purchasing with their own money. 16. By accepting the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to receiving notifications from Hansen Auction Service via text/email.
